The goal of this fundraising consultation is to help you get truly investor-ready — with a clear narrative, structured raise plan, and confident next steps. This is a 45-minute working session for founders who are preparing to raise or are currently raising capital. We’ll focus on: • Narrative + pitch clarity (why you, why now) • Round size, valuation & structure (SAFE / priced / sequencing) • Target investor strategy + outreach messaging • Where my network may be able to be additive This is not generic advice — it’s tactical, direct, and built around your company. Please come prepared to share: • What you’re building • Traction to date • Your goals for the raise (Deck optional but helpful) 45 minutes | $150 | Zoom You’ll leave with clarity, a structured raise plan, and concrete next steps.
